Follow the designated sign and don't give your luggage another thought

On arrival in Paris, the sign to follow depends on your transfer: integrated (one booking number, final destination indicated on your luggage label) or self-connecting (2 booking numbers, separate tickets).

Check the baggage label

  • If your destination airport is indicated (e.g. MIA), then your luggage is checked through to your final destination.
  • If the airport indicated is CDG or ORY, you need to collect your luggage in Paris and check it in again.

  • Go to the boarding gate for your next flight

Information screens are positioned throughout the transfer route: check the boarding gate of your next flight and find the estimated time to reach it.
This information is also available online.

Thanks to our Assistant, you have access to real-time information on the status of your next flight and your boarding gate information.

    Follow the yellow

Paris AĆ©roport has introduced easily identifiable sign to help you connect to your transfer flight easily. From the moment you arrive in Paris to boarding your next flight, all you need to do is follow the yellow sign.

Do you have all the documents you need?

How and where to edit the boarding pass for your next flight? Is a visa necessary?...

Manage your transfer time, and find your way

The transfer time depends on your arrival and departure terminals, as well as the formalities depending on your destination (security check, border control, etc.).

What should you do if you miss your flight?

Your first flight was delayed and you no longer have enough time to make your connecting flight?

  • If you have an integrated transfer*, your airline will organise a new flight.
  • If you are self-connecting**, you will have to make a new booking at your own expense.

  • *Integrated transfer: transfer proposed by the airline and its partners (one booking reference).
**Self-connecting transfer: the passenger booked two separate flights.
